All products purchased from AliceWonders.com come with a 14 days exchange policy.
You may exchange the product for any reasons, in the given time frame.

Returned goods are ONLY exchangable with other products at the exact price paid* or cash vouchers. You are required to pay for the balance if you wish to exchange for a higher priced item.

All goods returned must remain in their original condition with AliceWonders.com product tag attached. We will inspect the product before any exchange can be made.

RETURN PROCEDURE


Please follow the steps below to complete the Return Procedure:

  2. Fill in the "Return Label" and attach it in your email [download here]
  3. Send the product back to us at:

We will notify you once we receive the returned goods and confirm the availability of the replacement you desire.
You are required to bear the delivery cost in both directions.

Should you opt for cash voucher replacement, we will provide you with the code via email.

We recommend that you use a registered postal or traceable courier service.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
