1. Eligibility and Contest Period & Location
“Find the white rabbit” Online Contest (“Contest”) starts at 12 midnight on 29th March 2010 and runs till 11:59pm on 4th April 2010 (“Contest Period”). All timings quoted on the website are based on GMT 08:00 KL, Singapore, Beijing time zone.
The Contest location (or hunting ground) is only limited to the website http://www.alicewonders.com. All pages within alicewonders.com with the EXCEPTION of www.alicewonders.com/rabbit.php are considered potential hiding locations. All white rabbit images that may be found at other sites are not part of the hunting ground.
The Contest will start and close at such other time that AliceWonders.com shall decide from time to time. Entries received after the stipulated time will be deemed ineligible.
2. The Contest Eligibility
Anyone 12 years and above, are eligible to enter the contest.
3. Contest Entries
To participate in the Contest, the Contestant needs only to send an email with the correct answer and full particulars to whiterabbit@alicewonders.com. No prior registration is required. However, we encourage Contestants to become a fan at our facebook fanpage in order to receive latest info and tips for the Contest.
Each Contestant is only allowed unlimited number of entry. Contestants who forges a full name, IC number and contact number will be automatically disqualified.
For category 1 (bounty hunter), all entries have to reach us by 6th April 2010, 11:59pm
For category 2 (creative hunter), all blog entries have to reach whiterabbit@alicewonders.com from 18th March-10th April 2010 to be eligible
4. Contest Prizes
FIRST PRIZE/BLOGGER PRIZE: RM500/RM150 worth of shopping voucher will be given out during the Contest. Winners will get to select items that is available for sale on www.alicewonders.com, however this might not include limit edition items. Free delivery is not included but may be deducted from the RM500/RM150 total value. 14 days return policy DOES NOT apply on prize items sent to winner.
CONSOLATION PRIZES: All participants that submits a correct entry with full particulars, within the Contest Period, to whiterabbit@alicewonders.com, automatically wins a RM5 for each rabbit found. The maximum amount of RM5 vouchers is capped at RM30. (e.g. 5 rabbits found gives you RM25 voucher; 8 rabbits found gives you RM30). RM5 cash voucher has a minimum spending requirement of RM100. Consolation prizes are unlimited.
AliceWonders.com reserves the right to request identification numbers, written proof or residency and age of any Contest winner before the prize is dispatched or collected.
AliceWonders.com makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Contest winner, and AliceWonders.com excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.
4.1 Form of Prizes
All prizes are in a form of cash voucher (e.g. FIRST PRIZE winner gets a RM500 cash voucher) and bears an expiry date. Voucher not claimed for before the expiry date shall be automatically forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
All ownership of discount coupons are transferable. Contestants may give away their discount coupon code to friends/family.
5. Selection for Winners
First prize winners will be chosen based on first email which reaches whiterabbit@alicewonders.com with the MOST white rabbits found and full particulars. "First email" is herewith defined as the first email to reach whiterabbit@alicewonders.com during Contest Period. In event of a tie, Alicewonders.com reserves the right to use any other method or medium deemed fair, to decide the first prize winner.
All emails must include the correct answer and full particulars stating Name and Contact Number.
Proof of e-mailing does not represent proof that AliceWonders.com has received the email.
AliceWonders.com reserves the right to forfeit prizes for any Contest winner who does not provide the required details in the email.
6. Notification of Contest Winners
AliceWonders.com and Youthopia reserves the right to use any other method or medium that deems fit at its sole and absolute discretion for the purpose of announcing the Contest Winners.
7. Publicity
AliceWonders.com reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to use the nicknames, names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Contest winner(s) and/or representatives for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media.
8. Variation to the Terms & Conditions
AliceWonders.com reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time and the Contestants shall be bound to such changes.
9. Liability
AliceWonders.com will not be responsible or liable for:
any problem, loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and sending the entry form as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Contest. In the event of such error, interruption and or failure, AliceWonders.com and Youthopia shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Contestant to participate in the Contest at any time.
any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Contestant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest.
any error (including error in notification of Contest winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
10. Disqualification
AliceWonders.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or
to be entering the contest using a fake name and contact number.
11. Suspension
AliceWonders.com further reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
