How do I buy the bags when it's at the discount price?
During MAD HOURS, items in the pre-destined category will be discounted. You will know an item is on discount when you see a before and after price slash. BEWARE! THEY ONLY LAST FOR 12 HOURS!!!
When you have decided to make a purchase, simply follow the steps below:
1. Login or create an account HERE
2. Click on the product you want and "add to cart"
3. After completing your selection, click "check out"
4. Proceed to fill in your delivery and payment methods. Full options for delivery and payment is HERE |
Will the prices fluctuate (go up and down) during the 12 hours of MADness?
Negative. Unlike our previous Mad Tea Party sale...the items are a bit less insane this time. They will stay put for the 12 hours. Ex: If a bag is on sale at RM69 (20% off), it will remain so for the next 12 hours.

What happens if I just "add to cart" and don't "check out" yet? I would like to purchase more than 1 item.
Clicking "add to cart" does not confirm the purchase. We strongly advise customers to proceed till "check out" or else the item can still be grabbed by someone else!
If you would like to purchase more than 1 item, we will help compile your orders throughout this weekend.

How do I enjoy the FREE delivery?
When you make a purchase during this weekend (30th-31st Jan) and make payment BEFORE 1st Feb 2010, you will automatically be eligible for FREE delivery. |
But there is a RM8 delivery charge when I make payment?
For online banking or COD: Kindly deduct the RM8 during payment. If you need a final confirmation on your payment amount, feel free to email us at alice@alicewonders.com or call 010-2772962 (Alice)
For credit card: We will refund the RM8 (or whichever the amount in cases of multiple purchase) via online banking. The refund can be arranged via bank transfer (advisable) or insertion of cash with parcel. |
But I can't make payment before 1st Feb? How?
We understand that some of you might have difficulty in making bank transfers especially in the wee hours of the night (we do not encourage that!). Furthermore, some e-banking sites closes for maintenance at midnight.
If you need a bit more time, do email us at alice@alicewonders.com to ask for an extension. However, the latest payment has to be made by 1st Feb 1:00pm to be eligible for FREE delivery. |
Can I make a shop-pick up and be eligible for FREE delivery?
For shop pick-up at our location in Centerpoint Bandar Utama, PJ (here), you will already enjoy FREE delivery.

I wish to purchase more than 1 item but they are at different MAD HOURS (different timings)...how should I do it?
Easy peasy! Just make multiple orders separately and we will help you compile the orders. For any multiple charges on delivery, we will deduct it from your invoice, or make a refund. Kindly read the above.

Wait a minute, I saw a 30%/70% off! Does it apply to all bags in the category?
For MAD HOURS with discount written as "up to 30%" or "up to 70%", this means that the maximum discount is 30% or 70%. Hence the discount might not apply to all items. |
What is a discount coupon?
Some customers might have yummy discount coupons in their hands, which unfortunately, can't be used during the MAD HOURS. |
