AliceWonders.com currently offer express NEXT DAY delivery using Skynet Courier at RM8 flat rate across major cities in Peninsular Malaysia
East Malaysia and outskirt addresses are also charged at flat rate of RM8, and arrives within 5-14 working days

Why are there rabbits and cats in your website?
The concept of AliceWonders.com is very much inspired by the classic literature Alice In Wonderland. The founders wanted to capture the idea of an "alternative shopping world". Alice in Wonderland fitted so perfectly as it's about a girl trying to find her way in a crazy world (aren't we all?). It's an adventure; it's unpredictable; and best of all, it has this sense of eccentricity that gives us room to offer shoppers a little mischievous humor and surprise! In a nut shell, it's what we would love to call "fashion shopping with a twist".

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped out. Please note that all products are subject to availability.
What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.

We provide a 14 days satisfaction guarantee. You may make an exchange if you happen to receive a damaged product, or the product received is not up to expectation. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details.
